My UX Journey
Psychology
I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas, specializing in Evolutionary Psychology. I’m driven by the insights that our evolutionary past provides into modern behaviors, preferences, and needs. My passion lies in UX research—discovering the gap between what users say, how they act, and what they truly need to succeed.
Human Curiosity & Exploration
I have a strong curiosity for people and cultures, which has driven me to travel internationally, often on my own. Immersing myself in unfamiliar places has taught me to observe the subtle ways people express themselves and interact, giving me a unique lens on human nature while always striving to better understand what makes us all tick
Fun with Data
Even as a kid, I had a strange love for surveys—I am fascinated by how a subtle shift could change the entire response. Now, I get to create them for a living, using my passion to uncover meaningful insights. I have extensive experience in survey design, A/B testing, preference testing, and in-depth interviews. These methods allow me to dig deep into user needs, guiding every UX decision with data to craft user-centered, impactful designs.
Masters in Business
I have an MBA from Pepperdine University, specializing in Marketing and International Business, with immersive international experience studying abroad in Brazil. My business acumen, combined with a global perspective, fuels my approach to UX —balancing user empathy with strategic insights to create impactful, culturally resonant designs.
Project Management
I am a certified PMP and I manage multiple UX projects simultaneously across diverse timelines and budgets, from feature updates to full-scale product and platform initiatives. With experience leading million-dollar projects, I balance requirements, schedules, and costs to deliver impactful results. My focus is on strategic coordination to ensure seamless, high-quality outcomes from all UX projects.
Visual Arts
I enjoy photography, painting, and drawing, and exploring local art scenes , appreciating the ways artists capture their unique perspectives. In UX, the user’s emotional journey is just as vital as usability, and I aim to merge visual appeal with intuitive interaction at every touchpoint.
