I used the information I collected during market research and interviews to develop the 3 user personas below.

I developed User Journeys to learn more about how our potential ssers would utilize Olive to complete tasks and the thoughts and emotions they may feel going through the application.

The User Flows below show the steps the Users need to take to complete a given task.

With research that was conducted and User Personas that were developed, I created a Site Map to depict all of the areas the Olive app would cater to. My intention of this app is to offer a holistic solution.
